Order Coordinator with Language Skills for Exciting Glycorex in Lund

You handle ongoing administrative and economic tasks and have daily contact with customers and suppliers. You play a key role in the order and delivery process and also handle quotations and logistics flows. This role suits you if you have a positive attitude, the ability to plan and prioritize your work, and want to contribute to creating efficient and well-functioning processes.

Your main responsibilities:

• Daily customer contact via email and phone
• Ongoing participation in the order and delivery process, including quotation and logistics handling
• Book travel and accommodation through company-approved travel agencies
• Handle ongoing administration, such as ordering company materials according to instructions

Your profile:

We are looking for you who have experience within administration and have good language skills, as well as preferably some experience in economics. You are accustomed to order handling and customer contact, preferably in an international environment. Furthermore, you have good IT and system proficiency and experience with Visma, the Office suite, and logistics systems.

You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English. Additional good language skills (primarily German, Spanish, French, or Italian) are highly meritorious. You have a valid driver's license (Category B).

As a person, you are helpful, take responsibility for your tasks, and collaborate well with others. You are meticulous, flexible, and skilled at coordinating and handling various tasks.

About the position:

The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date according to agreement. The work is performed on-site in Lund.
