Operations Manager for Support Services – Finspång

For our operations with one of our industrial clients in Finspång, ISS is looking for a business-driven and engaged Operations Manager for support services. Here you will have a key role in a growing delivery, with great opportunities to develop both people, working methods, and the customer experience.

About the role

As an Operations Manager, you have service and personnel responsibility for your operational area, which includes services within reception, facility management, and courier services.

As the client's business grows, your task is to ensure that our delivery develops in the same direction – with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer value. You are responsible for building a strong customer relationship and ensuring that the delivery is carried out in accordance with the contract, while simultaneously driving the development of customer satisfaction, service level, and profitability.

An important focus in the role is to create smart, efficient, and value-creating service solutions that meet the needs of a modern industrial client. There are great opportunities here to further develop the delivery and contribute to making the site one of ISS's most successful.

You lead a team of approximately ten experienced employees. The team is relatively newly formed as the assignment grows, which means you have a central role in setting structure, working methods, and culture. Through an accessible and developmental leadership style, you create the conditions for the team to perform at a high level.

You have overall responsibility for the operations and work actively with monitoring key figures, staffing, and resource planning. At the same time, you are unpretentious and ready to contribute operationally yourself when the business requires it.

The role involves close collaboration with the client and employees. You are an important part of the site's management work and collaborate closely with other ISS services to create a top-class overall delivery.

You are based at the client's site in Finspång and report to the Site Manager.

It is a given for you that the work is conducted in accordance with applicable laws, agreements, as well as ISS policies and values.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start as soon as possible, with an initial probationary period of six months.

We would like you to have:

• Experience of leadership with personnel responsibility
• Experience of customer relations and service delivery
• Background from a personnel-intensive service business, such as facility management, hotels, or similar
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, in speech and writing
• Good system proficiency, for example within Microsoft Office
• Category B driver's license

Experience from reception, facility management, or other service tasks is highly meritorious.
