Byns Trattoria is part of a growing restaurant group that also includes La Terrazza and Mellanrummet. We offer a community with high energy and an Italian food philosophy.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and has a natural ability to anticipate the guest's needs. This person has a strong work ethic and maintains their composure even when the dining room is fully booked! Someone who is cheerful, social, and actively contributes to our wonderful team spirit. You must communicate fluently in Swedish or English.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them through our menu with personal recommendations.
• Serving food and drinks with a focus on details and product knowledge.
• The role involves both barista craftsmanship and solid bar skills.
• Maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant together with your colleagues.
• Close collaboration with the kitchen to deliver top quality in every service.

The position

The position is primarily scheduled from afternoons into late evenings. Working hours may vary during weekends, public holidays, and school breaks.

It is a fast-paced environment with good opportunities for development.
