We are located a short (two-minute) walk from Gemla train station. Driving here from Växjö takes about 20 minutes, and if you commute by train, it takes just six minutes!

At Solgården in Gemla, we focus on the well-being of our care recipients. We are a special housing facility with a total of 28 places distributed over three units.

As a nursing assistant here, you work to provide the care recipient with a secure and meaningful everyday life. Solgården is a small workplace where we, with the care recipient in focus, have proximity, care, laughter, and personality as keywords. We are a small family out in the countryside and hope you want to be part of it!

The tasks consist of helping care recipients with decided interventions. You naturally value the care recipient's dignity and integrity. Your assignment includes documenting, performing delegated HSL tasks, having a good dialogue with relatives, and cooperating well with colleagues.

Qualifications

To be considered for a temporary position, you must have a completed education from the care and nursing program. Previous work experience in nursing care is meritorious. Experience with dementia care is also meritorious. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

To succeed in your role with us, you need to have a great commitment to our care recipients and work actively for their best. We believe that you are positive, flexible, have a great sense of responsibility, and good cooperation skills, while valuing the individual's dignity and integrity. We work daily in the Lifecare system, and you should therefore be able to document according to the social services' guidelines for social documentation.
