The company is now strengthening its operations further and is looking for a Senior Production Technician with experience in advanced machining.

Hitab works with CNC machining where the demands for precision are high and technical competence plays a crucial role throughout the process. The Senior Production Technician now sought will have an important role in the business and contribute with both experience and technical know-how from day one. The focus is on advanced CNC machining, where the person needs to be able to quickly step in and work independently together with the team.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We believe you are a person who thrives in a technically advanced environment where quality, responsibility, and collaboration are at the center. You enjoy being involved in the operations, taking personal responsibility, and following the process all the way – from preparation to finished production.

We would like you to have:

• Experience of advanced CNC machining with a focus on mechanical manufacturing.
• A meticulous working method and strong quality mindset.
• Experience with CAM and CAD systems, preferably Edgecam and SolidWorks.
• Ability to work independently and deliver with high quality.
• Experience from manufacturing industry or similar technical environment.

It is meritorious if you have experience with turning, CMM measurement, preferably ZEISS, as well as work with several different machine manufacturers. If you have also worked with the defense industry or in operations with high quality and traceability requirements, we see this as an extra plus.

The work involves defense materiel, which implies requirements for Swedish citizenship and a approved background check.
