You will step into a socially important initiative where an organization within meteorology and oceanography is establishing a security-classified IT environment for handling security-classified information. The role covers the entire chain from analysis and preliminary work to architecture, planning, requirement specification, and implementation.

You will work in a complex environment where IT, information security, law, security clearance, facilities, and business processes need to collaborate. Here, you need to be able to switch between strategic decisions, technical understanding, and practical project management to keep multiple work streams moving in the same direction. • You lead the establishment of a security-classified IT environment and drive the work through several phases.
• You plan, prioritize, and follow up on activities within analysis, architecture, requirement specification, and implementation.
• You coordinate stakeholders within IT, information security, law, security clearance, facilities, and business operations.
• You ensure that the solution meets both business needs and regulatory requirements.
• You drive the dialogue regarding technical solutions to protect data and enable secure handling and processing of information.
• You contribute to the introduction of changed working methods and create prerequisites for sustainable management of the environment over time.

• You have documented experience leading complex IT and security-related projects in organizations with high demands for security and regulatory compliance.
• You have experience leading at least one implementation project of an IT environment for security-classified information within the last 10 years.
• You have experience with preparatory work and analysis, planning, and implementation in a complex IT environment.
• You have good knowledge of technical solutions for protecting data and enabling the processing of information.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish legislation, regulations, and best practices regarding IT environments for security-classified information.
• You have experience introducing changed working methods and culture related to the handling of security-classified information.
• You understand the organizational prerequisites for managing an IT environment for security-classified information.
• You have experience with implementation projects in IT infrastructure and IT operational environments.
• You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• You have the ability to perform the work on-site.
• Opportunity to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not permitted).
