What we offer
Primary Care Centre Östergötland consists of 33 region-run health centres, Vårdcentrum Finspång, the Child Health Care Unit, evening and weekend 1177 and emergency centres, and the General Practice Education Centre. We provide a broad range of primary care services, offering care to everyone throughout their lives; newborns, children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, and patients at the end of life.

We are a small, cozy health centre located in Krokek in beautiful Kolmården. Cooperation and good atmosphere between the different professions are guiding principles for us. Our area includes both rural and urban communities. We are currently well-staffed with district nurses, registered nurses, and nursing assistants, and in addition, we have care administrators, a CBT therapist, and a rehabilitation coordinator employed to support the operations. We also have Child Health Care (BVC), are responsible for a nursing home with 40 places, and provide medical supervision for municipal home care. The building also houses physiotherapists and occupational therapists with whom we collaborate closely to provide our residents with the best possible care.

Job Description
As a registered nurse/district nurse, your main tasks will be telephone advice and independent work at the nurse's clinic. You will have varied duties and collaborate closely with other professional groups. We view continued competence development positively, and there are opportunities for personal development within your own area of responsibility.
We work with individually designed schedules within the framework of the operations. Standard working hours are between 07:30–17:00, Monday–Friday. There is an option for 1 day off per 4 weeks within standard working hours, even if you work 100%.
The Team
We are approximately 25 employees at the health centre who enjoy working together in an open working climate.
The health centre includes a doctor's clinic, specialist nurse clinics, a nurse's clinic, child health care, psychosocial competence, chiropody, and a laboratory.

About You
You are a licensed registered nurse/district nurse, preferably with experience in primary care.
You have a command of the Swedish language in speech and writing, corresponding to level C1. A B-class driver's license is required.
You have good teamwork skills and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. Furthermore, you have a pleasant manner when dealing with patients and colleagues. You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to make independent decisions based on your profession. We are looking for someone who adapts easily to changing circumstances, is stress-resistant, and communicates in a clear and non-hierarchical manner. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
