About the role
This is a digital role where you are responsible for developing, improving, and driving our subsidiaries' websites. You will work both strategically and operationally – from structure and integrations to content, customer journey, and conversion. The role involves a clear focus on continuous development, improvement work, and optimization of web and digital flows. Initially, you will also work more hands-on with editorial content, but over time you are expected to take a greater grip on the overall picture, development, and direction. This role suits you if you want to build, improve, and develop – not just maintain.

You will be part of our Marketing and Communications department, which currently consists of five employees led by the Marketing Manager.

Your profile
To succeed in this role, you are performance-oriented and motivated by achieving set goals with high quality. You work in a structured manner and maintain order in your workflow, allowing you to handle multiple tasks in parallel without losing focus. You have strong collaboration skills and thrive in teamwork, while contributing clarity in communication and expectations. Furthermore, you are quality-conscious and place great importance on delivering results that meet high standards, both in daily work and in longer processes.

Your qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education, relevant vocational training, or an academic degree in a relevant field, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience.
  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English.
  • A few years of experience in similar work.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in creating written content, or very strong written communication skills.
  • Experience with SEM and SEO.
  • Experience with UX.
  • Experience in creating graphic content.
