We are now launching our Edge Academy (trainee program), where you and two other newly graduated stars will truly accelerate your careers with education, certifications, mentoring, and naturally, high-impact client deliveries over 12 rewarding months.

What is Edge Academy?

A 12-month program where you, in parallel with delivering value-creating projects for interesting clients, also develop your skills.

Education and practical competence development within our three different practices (competency areas) – Business Development, Data, and Analytics.

Dedicated mentoring and development dialogues.

Access to our internal GCP and Azure environments to carry out practical development and try out new tools and techniques.

Opportunities to obtain certifications.

The academy concludes with a pro bono "graduation project" where your acquired skills are put to the test – to create real impact.

What we are looking for

Since we do not expect you to have extensive experience or knowledge in our field, we will primarily look at your potential to become a good consultant at Data Edge.

However, we require a completed university degree, preferably in computer science, industrial engineering, applied mathematics, or similar.

Interest or experience in data, analytics, and AI: You may have some work experience (1–2 years) in this area or have done side projects in these areas:

• Data Technology
• Data Analytics
• ML/AI Development

Location and eligibility: You are based in Stockholm and have the legal right to work in Sweden.

Interest in building the company: We also hope that you are interested in continuing to build Data Edge.
