You will become part of an engaged and competent team that supports approximately 10,000 buyers in the material supply for Region Skåne's core operations. In this role, you provide operational support through guidance and assistance in preparing orders based on the needs of the operations.
The work also involves taking on greater responsibility within the assortment area, if interested, and contributing to creating conditions for and further developing the material flow within Region Skåne. We welcome you who have a completed upper secondary education and good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You have good computer skills and feel confident working in several different IT systems.
It is particularly valuable if you have experience in purchasing and have worked within the public sector, as this is highly meritorious for the role. Good communication skills combined with an interest in collaboration and creating added value for the customer, while being motivated to achieve results and contribute to the organization's goals together with colleagues.
To succeed in the role, responsibility and the ability to work independently are required, with good judgment in prioritization and maintaining calm even during periods of high workload. The work is characterized by efficiency and precision, requiring good analytical skills where a critical approach and the ability to identify solutions contribute to the development of the operations. Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a changing environment with varied tasks are also valued. Personal suitability is given great importance.
