ABOUT THE ROLE
You will have a central role at the interface between production, technology, and procurement, ensuring that workflows and planning are synchronized. Here, you will encounter an stimulating environment characterized by both high-volume products and unique, highly complex solutions in smaller series. You will enjoy a flexible and dynamic role where no two days are alike. Together with project managers and the production team, you will steer the work based on project needs, giving you significant opportunities to influence both your daily work and collective results. Your main areas of responsibility:
- Strategic Planning: You are responsible for demand-driven planning in our business system and work actively within the Planning and Control process.
- Resource Optimization: You ensure efficient resource and capacity planning to meet our high goals.
- Development: You are expected not only to follow our processes but also to challenge them. You drive improvement projects and develop our planning methodology.
- Networking: You build and maintain strong relationships with everyone from procurement and production engineers to the development department and project managers.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Technical university or college degree
- Previous experience in production planning
- Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing, as required in daily work
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
As a person, you are analytical, structured, and take great personal responsibility. The role involves many contact points, requiring good collaboration and communication skills.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT
This position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance assessment. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements. This is a consulting assignment, meaning you will be employed by Friday.
