Are you service-oriented and creative with experience working as a cook? Do you want to create memorable dining experiences for our guests? Then you might be the person we are looking for at the Meals Unit!
About Us
The Meals Organization has been part of the Child and Education Administration in Solna Municipality since July 1, 2025. The organization was established following a decision that all food production for Solna's preschools, primary schools, and upper secondary schools should be prepared in-house. It is a central meals organization consisting of 33 units and approximately 70 employees.
The goal of the new meals organization is to ensure high and equal quality meals for all children and students in Solna's municipal preschools and schools, as well as to serve as a source of inspiration for curiosity and learning about food and sustainability. Meals are an important part of the day in preschool and school, with approximately 7,000 lunches served daily in Solna's municipal operations. In addition, breakfast and snacks are provided in preschools and after-school centers.
What We Offer
