About the role

At Perido, we are currently looking for an IT Service Technician for one of our clients – a government agency working to showcase Sweden around the world. Here you will work in a learning environment where collaboration and problem-solving are in focus.

You will be an important part of the IT support team and will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. The workplace is located in Stockholm, and you will have frequent contact with users as well as external suppliers. The position is 50% part-time, with the possibility of working in a smaller capacity.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will have a wide variety of tasks. You will be the one ensuring that technology works in everyday life, while also helping to develop routines and processes.

Examples of tasks include:

• Receive and handle fault reports in case management systems
• Provide user support and troubleshoot computers, networks, and other equipment
• Install, configure, and administer computers, mobile phones, and other hardware
• Support technical equipment in meeting rooms, such as video conferencing systems
• Administer user accounts, access control systems, and phone subscriptions
• Ensure that technical equipment in the premises functions correctly
• Participate in network, data security, and backup work
• Test new products and inform users about updates
• Collaborate with product owners and contribute to projects and improvement work

Your qualities

We believe you are someone who enjoys helping others and is driven by solving problems. You are service-oriented, pedagogical, and thrive when working closely with users. At the same time, you are structured and have an aptitude for getting into new technical systems. Here you will develop together with a team that enjoys sharing knowledge and appreciates new ideas.

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent
• At least 1 year of work experience as an IT technician
• Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Experience with case management systems (e.g., Easit GO or ServiceNow)
• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Scope and start date

Part-time 50%, consulting assignment for 12 months. Start as soon as possible.
