About the position
As a Customer Receptionist at Bilbyter, you will be a central link between the customer, the workshop, and the spare parts department. The role requires that you can quickly get up to speed with the daily work and contribute with professional customer handling as well as good administrative skills.
You are responsible for planning and coordinating service and workshop work, handling customer dialogues, and ensuring that customers receive a smooth and high-quality service experience throughout the entire process.
The role includes, among other things:
- Receiving and assisting customers at the reception
- Booking and planning service and workshop work
- Handling work orders and administration
- Ongoing contact with customers, technicians, and the spare parts department
- Working in the business system KOBRA
- Handling and understanding of spare parts and related administration
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and good service
We are looking for you who
You are service-oriented, structured, and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces and a high pace. You have previous experience as a customer receptionist or service advisor in the automotive industry and are accustomed to working closely with both customers and the workshop.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Previous experience from a similar role in the automotive industry
- Experience working in KOBRA
- Knowledge in spare parts management
- Good administrative skills and computer literacy
- Class B driver's license
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
- Ability to work independently, solution-oriented, and structured
We would like you to be able to start relatively soon and quickly get into the daily work.
