Job Description

We are looking for you who want to work daytime shifts with children and young people in one of our specialist units, the Gastroenterology and Nutrition Clinic. It is a varied and enjoyable job where you need to be flexible, solution-oriented, and experienced in prioritizing and working in a team.

At our clinic, we work with children and young people with chronic illnesses or those under investigation. They come to see the whole or part of the team, which usually consists of doctors, nurses, and/or dietitians. We also have close cooperation with the Sachs play therapists.

You will meet children and young people who come for various day care treatments or are being prepared for sedation in our endoscopic department. You will also work administratively. Our unit is constantly developing, and we have an open atmosphere.

Previous experience in gastroenterology and/or nutrition work, or experience working with chronically ill children, is an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Competence development takes place both internally and externally and is part of the specialist care section's goals to provide specialized nursing care for chronically ill children and young people.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with further education in pediatrics.
• Swedish language skills equivalent to at least level C1.
• Further education in pediatrics.
