Do you want to work at a well-functioning and personal health center where continuity, high accessibility, and warmth permeate everything we do? At Capio Health Center Telgeakuten, you will meet a close-knit team where the patient is always at the center, and where you will quickly have the opportunity to make a difference – both in physical and digital patient meetings.
About Us
Capio Health Center Telgeakuten is centrally located in Södertälje in cozy and pleasant premises and has been in operation since the 1980s. We have over 11,000 patients registered at the health center and offer a comprehensive primary care service, including asthma/COPD, diabetes, and hypertension clinics, as well as a psychosocial team. We actively work with integrated digital-physical care where you, as a doctor, meet patients both physically and via digital channels.
Continuity and security are central to us. The majority of our patients have a named doctor, and many of our staff have worked together for a long time, providing both patients and employees with stability and trust. We are a strong team and work closely together to create a personal and warm environment.
Patient satisfaction is very high here, and our patients particularly highlight our friendly approach, the secure contact, and the ease of getting help. We are particularly proud of our accessibility; contact is usually made within 15 minutes, and we avoid referring patients to urgent care or emergency departments. Only a minimal part of our cases need to be escalated, as we take responsibility for our patients from the start.
The work environment is highly prioritized, with a strong team spirit and focus on job satisfaction, as we believe that a good work environment creates better care and ultimately happier patients.
Your Role
As a specialist in general practice, you will become an important part of an experienced team. You are responsible for the investigation, treatment, and follow-up of your own patients, both physically at the clinic and via our digital contact channels. Here you will work in a structured manner while having freedom in your daily routine, supported by colleagues who value both quality and development. Supervision and exchange of experience with colleagues are important parts of the work.
We are looking for you who are a stable and secure doctor who appreciates challenges and sees opportunities in change. Here, we value both independence, participation, and active engagement because we believe these are qualities that contribute to you and the team developing together.
