We are growing and are now looking for new colleagues for Täby, Vaxholm, and Åkersberga for our mobile daytime team on weekends.
Klara Team is the workplace for you if you feel confident working freely and independently to perform medical assessments, with support from colleagues and our on-call doctor organizations.
Klara Team has been working since 2002 to deliver sustainable healthcare solutions within SÄBO (Coordinated Action Plan for Housing) and LSS (Act on Support and Service for Certain Functional Impairments).

What does it mean to be a nurse with us?
Shifts are scheduled from 07:30 to 16:00, on Saturdays and Sundays.
You can start from home if you live nearby; otherwise, we provide a local office in Åkersberga where you can work and base yourself. You are responsible for healthcare at several care and housing facilities, where you perform planned and emergency visits and provide telephone advice to the facility's staff. We work with evidence-based decision support tools.
You are a support for both patients, relatives, and staff.
We provide a company vehicle.
Who are you?
- You enjoy working independently and having the freedom to shape your workdays.
- You are confident in your role as a nurse with at least 3 years of experience and can make quick decisions.
- You take initiative, dare to step up, and can juggle multiple tasks.
- You have a friendly approach.
- You enjoy having a leadership role and supporting your colleagues.
- You are accustomed to structuring and organizing your work.
- You want to make a difference for our elderly residents and are always friendly in your interactions.
- You are a good driver.
- You are comfortable working with various medical record systems.
A driver's license and computer skills are required, as well as excellent verbal and written Swedish skills.
Specialized training or experience from emergency care, home healthcare, palliative care, and geriatrics is advantageous.
