Gloss & Floss Dental Care is growing and looking for you to join our lovely and state-of-the-art clinic. The practice has 3 treatment rooms and is located just 50 meters from Skanstull metro station, offering excellent transport connections. We offer good opportunities for professional development.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your main duties will be those of a dental nurse. The role with us involves varied tasks including assisting, prophylaxis, and sterilization. You will also work administratively at the reception, handling patient contacts, reminders, and appointment scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in reception work.
• Experience with Tele-Q and handling responses via social media.

Working at a private clinic requires a high degree of personal responsibility and offers a broader scope of duties, ensuring the work remains varied and not monotonous. You will handle a mix of tasks and different work processes. Having delegation rights is a significant plus.

You work well with others and communicate with both colleagues and patients in a considerate and efficient manner. You are service-oriented and eager to help others. Furthermore, you are skilled at organizing and prioritizing your work effectively. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. As we have many English-speaking patients, proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is desirable.
