Jurek is currently looking for three lawyers for assignments at the Inspection of Care and Social Services (IVO) in Malmö. About the Role and Responsibilities

IVO is seeking consultants with legal expertise for an assignment starting in June. In this role, you will primarily work with secrecy assessments of documents in connection with requests for disclosure of public records. You will also be responsible for handling appeals related to disclosure, as well as cases concerning disclosure within private operations.

Furthermore, the assignment includes handling cases regarding the management of medical record archives, as well as providing legal support to managers and employees on various issues. You will also conduct minor legal research within the area. Other tasks may occur as needed.

As a consultant, you are expected to be service-oriented, flexible, and solution-focused. You have a professional and accommodating approach, are a quick learner, and are responsible. You work independently, have good self-leadership skills, and can structure your work efficiently.

Your Experience and Competence

• Law degree or equivalent education
• At least one (1) year of experience as a lawyer
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to quickly analyze and perform legally secure secrecy assessments
• Good knowledge of: The Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL), The Freedom of the Press Act (TF), and The Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in relation to disclosure. Administrative Law.

Good to Know

You will be employed by Jurek Talents and hired as a consultant to IVO. The assignments are full-time and start as soon as possible.
