About the role

As a Project Manager here, you will drive and coordinate projects from idea to implementation. You will work closely with both operations and IT, ensuring that our initiatives create business value and a strong customer experience.

We are in an exciting phase where we are investing in the future of retail – new technology, new ways of working, and high expectations from both customers and the business. We are now looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership, drive change, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the right quality. This role suits you if you have experience from a retail environment – whether from physical stores, e-commerce, logistics, and/or purchasing.

Examples of tasks:

• Lead cross-functional projects within e-commerce and stores, where we implement new systems and improve existing ones to best support our business.
• Ensure delivery according to goals, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.
• Drive change and support the organization in implementation.
• Work systematically with follow-up and communication to stakeholders.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who are a structured and business-driven Project Manager with experience from retail or related industries.

We believe you have:

• At least 3–5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience with digital initiatives, preferably within e-commerce or omnichannel.
• Experience within Retail is an advantage.
• Experience working in the interface between IT and operations.
• Experience collaborating with external suppliers is an advantage.
• Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English.

• Solution-oriented and driven.
• Curious about the customer journey, business, and digital development.

Practical information

• Employment: Full-time, permanent. Probation period applies.
• Location: Mölnlycke, on-site at least 3 days a week.
