Job Responsibilities

As a Production Engineer at Sveba Dahlen, you will have a leading role where you are responsible for training, development, and driving production technology forward within the operations. You will also lead projects and perform cost analyses, while continuously working on systematic improvements of routines, methods, processes, and digitalization. Furthermore, you will support quality control and be responsible for configuring and maintaining the production structure.

You will be a driving force in developing the company's assembly division towards modern flow production, where assembly sequences are planned with a focus on productivity, quality, and working environment using modern aids. You will also be a driving force regarding the automation of processes.

In the job, you will collaborate closely with the company's R&D development, and with your experience and knowledge, you will ensure "design for manufacturing" in new products that the company is developing. You will thus have significant influence on the company's future production and production processes. You thrive in the role as a natural link between production and product development and have both understanding and experience in contributing positively to this collaboration.

Qualifications

For the role of Production Engineer, we are looking for you who are responsible and have a sense for structure and order. The role involves both strategic and operational work, which requires you to understand the meaning of working with continuous improvements as well as mapping overall goals. We see that the applicant has relevant education, preferably in production technology. If you also have several years of experience in similar work, it is highly relevant. It is very meritorious if you have practical experience in building and developing mechanical assembly, as well as electrical assembly, with a high degree of aids to achieve flow, productivity, and quality.

You command Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing. It is very meritorious if you have worked with LEAN and Kaizen and have experience in implementing automation projects.
