About the role

System Economy and Procurement is responsible for administering and developing systems based on operational needs and is part of the Support Staff Economy and Procurement. The team consists of 16 employees and is responsible for several systems within accounting, customer invoicing, and procurement. The operations are located in both Solna and Huddinge.

Region Stockholm and Karolinska University Hospital have received a government mandate to strengthen preparedness within healthcare, where the supply of goods is a central part. This places new demands on system support, and Clockwork needs to be developed and adapted to meet the operational needs.

The role includes, among other things:

• Together with colleagues, be responsible for the administration, management, and development of Clockwork at Karolinska.
• Provide user support, perform registry maintenance, permission management, and error handling.
• Generate statistics and reports for monitoring.
• Write internal procedures and instructions for users, and conduct user training.
• Participate in version upgrades with testing.
• In meetings with user groups, document improvement requests, write requirement specifications, and review solution proposals in dialogue with the system supplier.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Upper secondary education, preferably in Economics or Technology.
• Proficiency in the Office suite, good knowledge of Excel.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken.
• At least 2 years of experience working in the procurement process (P2P).
• At least 2 years of experience as a system administrator for warehouse/logistics systems.
• Experience in user support with error handling.
• Ability to write procedures and user manuals, and conduct user training.

Merits:

• Post-secondary education in Procurement, Warehouse & Logistics, or Economics/IT.
• Experience as a system administrator for procurement systems.
• Experience as a system administrator for warehouse/logistics systems.
• Experience with the Clockwork system and its functionality.
• Knowledge of technical infrastructure with hardware such as label printers, handheld computers, scanners, remote desktop, apps.
• Experience in requirement and testing work.
• Work with system administration methods such as ITIL and Agile methods/scrum.
• Experience working with SQL and database administration.
• Experience in project work.
• Experience working in larger organizations.
