NOVAB AB is a construction contracting company founded in 1992. We build for agriculture, industry, public use, and housing. Among other things, we construct livestock barns, equestrian facilities, industrial premises, warehouses, offices, sports halls, schools, and residential buildings. We accompany you throughout the entire project, from planning to completion.

However, what we build most of all is long-term, trust-based relationships. The key ingredients here are security, joy, and honesty – both internally and in our interactions with our customers. Our strategy for conducting our business is based on these values. We call it the NOVAB spirit.

Do you want to drive construction projects from start to finish in an organization with short decision-making paths and a strong team spirit? NOVAB is now looking for a Construction Project Manager who wants to take a key role in projects where quality, collaboration, and business focus are at the center.

Responsibilities

As a Construction Project Manager at NOVAB, you have overall responsibility for the execution of the project – from initiation and design to completion and handover. In this role, you act as the bridge between internal and external parties and are responsible for, among other things:

• Planning, steering, and monitoring of projects
• Schedules, budgets, and production calculations
• Procurement of materials, subcontractors, and consultants
• Purchase management
• Ongoing dialogue with clients and partners

Depending on the scope of the projects, you drive one or several projects in parallel, with significant personal responsibility and authority. The projects vary in size, providing a dynamic workday.

Business travel may occur.

Profile

To fit the role, we see that you have a relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience. You have previous experience in construction project management and can quickly take responsibility for your own projects. You possess a good understanding of economics, production, and design processes. If you also have knowledge and experience in construction law, it is an advantage but not a requirement.

Furthermore, you master Swedish in speech and writing and have good computer skills. A B-category driver's license is a requirement.
