Nordsjö Idé & Design is a nationwide specialty paint retailer where inspiration, knowledge, and high service are at the center. In our stores, customers find quality products for both small and large projects – whether they are professional painters or consumers. The assortment includes paint, wallpaper, flooring, and accessories for all surfaces in the home.
Nordsjö Idé & Design is part of AkzoNobel Decorative Coatings and consists of 90 stores across Sweden – from Trelleborg in the south to Kiruna in the north. The majority of the stores are run by entrepreneurs within our franchise concept, while a smaller number are owned and operated by AkzoNobel.

What will you be working with? Here, you become part of a knowledgeable and cohesive team with a great interest in color and customer interactions. In this role, you work with sales and advice for both private customers and professional painters. The assortment includes paint, wallpapers, work tools, putty, and other products for the home and painting.
The work is varied and includes everything from customer service and order handling to picking goods and store display. You will have the opportunity to build broad product knowledge and contribute to an inspiring store environment.
We also offer the role of Style Assistant, where you help customers with color and material choices through advice and customer visits. An interest in style, design, and color is therefore a big plus.
The position is a permanent full-time job located in Malmö, starting immediately. Working hours follow the store's opening hours and are scheduled between 06:30 and 18:00 on weekdays, and Saturdays from 09:00–14:00. You report to Store Manager Goran Radisic.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a role where service and sales are a natural part of everyday life. As a person, you are attentive, responsible, and contribute to a good experience for both customers and colleagues. You thrive in an environment where you can take initiative and where engagement and collaboration are important parts of the work.
You have experience from service or sales, preferably within paint or construction. It is important that you feel confident communicating with different types of customers and have an interest in learning more about our products and ways of working.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, as well as a B driver's license, are prerequisites for the position.
