About the Role

We are looking for an experienced maître d' who wants to become part of our strong and cohesive team. In this role, you will:

• Be a key figure in Strandbaren, our waterside restaurant.
• Be responsible for operations on select evenings at our event venue, Ögonblicket, where we host exclusive weddings and events.
• Ensure our guests receive a first-class experience by leading and inspiring the staff.
• Work closely with our chefs, service staff, and management to create a smooth and professional service.

Who are you?

• You have previous experience as a maître d' or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
• You are responsible, structured, and take pride in your work.
• You have an eye for detail, can handle high pressure, and thrive in an environment where no two days are alike.
• You are a strong leader who fosters team spirit and drives staff to perform at their best.
