The Role
We are now looking for a wood industry worker who wants to help create high-quality wooden packaging! As a wood industry worker with us, you contribute to our ability to manufacture and deliver quality packaging to our customers. The role involves alternating between our chain saw/circular saw operations and manual nailing. Since we strive for increased job rotation, variety, and development, other production tasks may also be relevant. This is important to us from both a working environment and business perspective, and it gives you the opportunity to grow, learn new things, and develop with us!
The work schedule is day shifts Monday–Friday, or rotating shifts (alternating weeks of day shifts Monday–Friday and evening shifts Monday–Thursday).

You should have some computer literacy and be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
As a person and colleague, you are a good team player who takes responsibility for your work. After an introduction and as you become familiar with the role, we see you taking initiative and responsibility for your tasks and your own development. You are curious, solution-oriented, and eager to improve. You bring forward suggestions, are receptive, and open to different alternatives and solutions. A positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented mindset are second nature to you.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability and look forward to welcoming a new colleague to our team!
We want to be an inclusive workplace with diversity and a balanced gender distribution. We welcome all with relevant competence to apply and particularly encourage female applicants.
About Us
JGA Emballage AB is a company with just over 20 employees, whose main task is to manufacture customized and high-quality wooden packaging.
