Service & Klimat is now looking for an engaged Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Service & Klimat, you will become a vital part of our team. You will have significant independent responsibility where both your professional expertise and leadership skills are put to the test. We expect you to take responsibility for several projects related to our offerings and areas of operation. Once you are settled in the role, you will be involved from the calculation phase to the completed project, and personnel/leadership responsibilities will be added. You represent the company throughout the entire project process and are responsible for driving projects forward according to set goals, timeframes, and quality requirements.

You lead and coordinate a work group of four to five employees while ensuring clear and effective communication both internally and externally. You report to the CEO. Together with other (project) managers, you are involved in the overall status, development, and results of the projects and the company.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A few years of professional experience as a project manager, preferably within the ventilation industry. We particularly value competence in energy and/or control technology.
• Previous leadership experience including personnel responsibility.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a structured work approach. You strive to build trusting and long-term relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners. You are communicative, confident in customer interactions, and possess strong language skills. To thrive in this role, you are team-oriented, proactive, positive, and solution-focused.

We offer:

• Permanent employment, potentially with an initial probationary period. Start date August or as agreed.
• Full-time position, daytime hours.
• Location: Växjö. Driver's license required. Travel to project sites occurs. Company car is included in the position.
• Individual salary setting. We have a collective agreement.
