We are now looking for Construction Workers for our Construction Operations in Kronoberg.

About the role
In the role of Construction Worker, you will work with various types of earthworks and construction projects. You will work both independently and together with your team on-site, where we value a safe, secure, and inclusive working environment.
The position is a permanent employment.
Requirements
- We are looking for you who have a professional certificate in construction and/or several years of practical experience.
- Category B driver's license is required.
Competencies and personal qualities
As a Construction Worker, you should be able to perform various types of earth and utility works and enjoy working outdoors in a physically demanding environment, both alone and in a team. Since the work changes constantly, it requires you to be flexible, unpretentious, and able to adapt to changed circumstances.
You appreciate and contribute to order and cleanliness at the workplace. With your previous experience, you will quickly get up to speed and can contribute with solutions and ideas that reduce costs and ensure the project follows the schedule. Being self-reliant and taking initiative is a given to thrive and do a good job with us!
