About the Role

As a production worker, you will work in production manufacturing prefabricated concrete elements. Here, you always work as a team, ensuring that new colleagues are quickly onboarded and supported. You will become part of a tight-knit team where collaboration, responsibility, and quality are crucial in daily operations.

Duties vary depending on the department and production needs, but may include among other things:

• Formwork construction
• Reinforcement
• Pouring of concrete elements
• Post-processing
• Quality control
• Reading drawings and working according to instructions

Vislanda is the heart of our production in Småland – with two factories that together offer a unique breadth in what we manufacture and the career opportunities available. Here, we work with everything from agricultural products to railway sleepers and walls for residential and public buildings.
