About the role

In our Customer Care & Sales department, you will work with both corporate clients and private customers. You will respond to incoming booking inquiries via email and phone and assist our resident guests with various types of questions, booking requests, fault reports, invoice inquiries, and everything needed to ensure our guests are comfortable and have the best possible experience.

You will also support our sales department by identifying potential customers, responding to inquiries, preparing simple quotations, and handling invoicing.

You will work closely with other departments and regions throughout Sweden and often act as internal support.

You are skilled at analyzing our customers' needs to offer them the best accommodation option.

Your profile

For this role, you must be a team player who loves interacting with customers, guests, and our employees.

As a person, you are cheerful, unpretentious, goal-oriented, structured, and service-minded.

You have good computer and system skills.

You will communicate both verbally and in writing with both foreign and Swedish guests as well as colleagues; therefore, you must speak and write Swedish and English fluently. Speaking multiple languages is an asset.

Other information

The position is a fixed-term employment during the period of June to August, with working hours:

Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.

A collective agreement is in place with Unionen.
