This role is perfect for you if you want to work close to operations with user-centered design and accessible digital solutions in complex environments where quality, usability, and structure are in focus.
In this role, you will work through the entire development process – from needs analysis and user insights to design, prototyping, usability testing, and quality assurance of final solutions. The assignment involves close collaboration with developers, operations, clients, and other stakeholders across several parallel initiatives.
About the assignment
As a UX Designer, you will contribute to the development of digital services and systems with high demands on usability, accessibility, and functionality. The assignments may cover several different operational areas, such as healthcare, HR, and finance, which means varying target groups and user needs.
You will work independently and are expected to be able to drive multiple assignments in parallel with different scopes and complexities.
The assignment includes among other things:
- Conducting user studies and needs analyses
- Identifying and translating operational needs into requirements and design solutions
- Creating wireframes, interaction design, and clickable prototypes
- Planning and conducting usability tests and workshops
- Ensuring solutions meet accessibility requirements according to WCAG
- Working with and further developing design systems
- Collaborating closely with developers, product owners, operations, and other stakeholders
- Contributing to the improvement of user experience and digital workflows
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant education in areas such as interaction design, cognitive science, technical information, or equivalent
- Experience with UX/interaction design throughout the entire development process
- Experience with prototyping and usability testing
- Good knowledge of accessibility and WCAG
- Experience with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
- Ability to work independently and drive several initiatives in parallel
- Very good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written
To be considered for the assignment, you need to:
- Be a Swedish citizen
- Master Swedish at level C1 or equivalent
- Be able to work independently and take responsibility for your own areas
Meritorious experience:
- Work with healthcare-related systems or public sector operations
- Experience designing for several different target groups, e.g., healthcare staff
- Experience with advanced accessibility adaptation according to WCAG
- Experience in building and maintaining design systems
