ABOUT THE ROLE:

In the role of Quality Engineer, you will become part of the company's quality and classification team, where you will work closely with production, purchasing, project organization, and external classification societies. The team is responsible for ensuring that products, materials, and documentation meet the requirements set internationally. The role involves largely handling certificates, traceability, and classification documentation related to technically advanced products and deliveries. For example, you will:

  • Handle and ensure traceability and certificates related to materials and deliveries
  • Coordinate classification documentation and materials with external classification societies
  • Ensure that products and documentation comply with regulations and classification requirements
  • Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers, production, purchasing, and classification engineers
  • Contribute to deviation management and improvement work
  • Participate in classification visits and audits related to deliveries and projects
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
  • Have a post-secondary education in quality, technology, machinery, production, or a similar field
  • Have experience from the manufacturing industry, preferably in industry or machine components
  • Have an understanding of quality work, traceability, and technical documentation
  • Have good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in daily work

Meritorious if you have:

  • Experience working with regulations, classification requirements, or certification processes

We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. To thrive in the role, we believe you are a structured and meticulous person who enjoys administration, coordination, and creating order in complex processes. You are social and communicative, with the ability to collaborate with many different functions and external parties. Furthermore, we believe you are self-motivated, responsible, and have a genuine technical interest.
