About the role

Our client is a leading global technology company working with energy management, automation, and digitalization to improve efficiency and sustainability within industry, real estate, and infrastructure. The company's technologies enable buildings, data centers, factories, infrastructure, and power grids to function as open and interconnected ecosystems, improving performance, resilience, and sustainability.

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a key role in handling incoming cases and guiding customers toward new digital solutions. You will work in a wonderful team with colleagues in both Sweden and Norway, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a consultancy assignment through Academic Work with a start date of 6 months from September 1st. If all parties are satisfied with the collaboration, there is an opportunity for extension.

Responsibilities

In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries and actively guiding them to digital platforms. This is a dynamic role where your ability to communicate and solve problems is crucial for customer satisfaction.

  • Receive incoming calls from customers.
  • Inform and guide customers to digital solutions.
  • Contribute to high customer satisfaction through world-class service.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has work experience within customer service.
  • Has very good knowledge of Norwegian, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written, as these are used in daily work.
  • Is comfortable using the phone and computer.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in customer service via phone.
  • Technical understanding or background.

To succeed in this role, you must have a genuine service mindset and enjoy helping customers in a solution-oriented and positive way. You are social, communicative, and resilient, while also being willing to engage in dialogues and handle different types of people professionally, maintaining your composure even in challenging situations.
