We are now looking for a special needs teacher (specialpedagog) who wants to be part of the exciting journey of shaping today's youth into responsible adults of the future.

About the Position

As a special needs teacher, you will work to develop the learning of both educators and students, together with the school's other special educators and student health staff in grades F-9.

Qualifications

You are trained as a special needs teacher. You will collaborate with teaching staff to find the best ways to support students in need of special support. You have ideas and thoughts on how to develop learning for your students, based on their needs. You have extensive knowledge and experience regarding ADHD/Autism spectrum disorders (NPF).

You are a positive and competent educator who is passionate about your students. You are flexible, creative, and engaged, viewing relationships as your primary pedagogical tool. You are driven and solution-focused, seeing opportunities rather than obstacles. You have a formative approach and the ability to recognize and respond to the different needs of students.

Selection and contact are made on an ongoing basis. We offer a wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK per year and the possibility of holiday exchange. We strive for a balanced gender distribution in our operations.
