We at Attendo are now looking for a nursing assistant for Attendo Home Care Värmdö. Do you want to work in a business where the customer is always at the center and where we create security and add value to everyday life? We are now looking for an engaged nursing assistant who wants to become part of our team at Attendo Home Care Ingarö and Gustavsberg.

About the role
We are now looking for you who want to work full-time or part-time, day or evening as well as every other weekend. Possibility of hourly employment also exists.
As a nursing assistant with us, you work close to the customer in their home environment. You provide care and support in daily life, help with service tasks and household chores, and contribute to security, continuity and quality of life. You are an important part of an engaged team where collaboration and responsibility are central. Start date is immediate or as agreed.
Your responsibilities include among other things:
Personal care according to the business's routines with the customer's individual needs and wishes as the starting point.
If necessary, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions.
Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff.

You enjoy providing good service, creating fine relationships and want to give quality of life to our customers. As a person, you are independent, humble, meticulous and responsible. You are passionate about caring for the elderly, see the individual's needs and are engaged with their relatives.

Qualifications
Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits.
Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
Fluent knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
Good computer skills/computer literacy.
You must be able to cycle.
Merits:
Experience from care work in elderly care.
Category B driver's license.

Summary
Role: Nursing Assistant
Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period or hourly employment.
Work hours: Full-time or part-time.
Working hours: 07:00-16:00 or 16:00-22:00 and every other weekend.
Start date: Immediate.
