ABOUT THE POSITION

At Kura Omsorg, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in Bredbyn. The position is a temporary hourly vacancy, meaning you will work when regular staff is absent. The work covers both weekdays and weekends, during day, evening, and night shifts.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 07:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 20:00
• 08:30 - 20:00
• 20:00 - 07:00 Awake night
• 20:00 - 08:00 Awake night

Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a young woman in her 20s living in central Bredbyn, a few miles outside the city center of Örnsköldsvik. As a personal assistant, you will help her with daily tasks such as transfers, bathing, exercise, personal hygiene, household chores, and accompanying her to leisure activities. She has a great interest, especially in hockey, and also enjoys flea markets, playing bingo, and walking the dog.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Our client highly values if you, as a person, take initiative, have a positive attitude towards finding things to do, are empathetic, and attentive to the client's needs. It is a plus if you are interested in sports, as the client has a strong interest in hockey. Previous experience in the profession is viewed positively but is not a requirement to apply. Personal suitability is of great importance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license and access to your own car to commute to and from work.
• Not allergic to fur-bearing animals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in the profession or in care and assistance.

Employment level: Temporary hourly vacancy

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of conduct (extract from the criminal record). From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will cover both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
