About the role
Our client is one of Sweden's major banks, and we are recruiting on their behalf. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the department handling customer advisory within Private Customer Service, a part of Customer Relations. You will work from the office in Stockholm in an open-plan office, alongside colleagues from both customer service and other departments. Customer Service roles are also available in Linköping, Gothenburg, and Malmö.
Our client values a positive and open culture, which permeates the entire team and their tasks. The assignment has an initial duration of 6 months with good prospects for extension if the collaboration is successful for all parties. We are looking for someone who can start on 11/8 for a mandatory introduction period.

Important information
The assignment requires a clean extract from the Swedish Enforcement Authority (Belastningsregistret) as well as a credit check. This must be ordered at the time of application via this link!
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming cases from private customers, primarily via phone, though physical customer interaction also occurs.
- Work with and navigate through various systems, as well as work with target-driven key performance indicators.
- Conduct proactive needs analyses to offer added value to customers.
- Actively promote self-service in every customer interaction.
- Contribute new ideas and suggestions that lead to a more efficient way of working.
We are looking for someone who
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Has completed upper secondary education (high school).
- Has a genuine interest in banking and finance.
- Is proficient in using computer systems.
- Has previous relevant work experience in service and administration.
It is an advantage if you have
- Work experience in customer service directed towards private customers.
- A completed post-secondary education, preferably in a relevant field.
- Experience from the banking sector.
Knowledge can be acquired through education, experience, or by being self-taught.
