The school is an F-9 school (grades 1-9) currently under construction, with a planned capacity of approximately 900 students. Ahead of the 2024/2025 school year, we moved into completely new premises and changed our name to Hästhagsskolan. The school is located in Farsta, in close proximity to the city center, public transport, and green areas.

We collaborate with other schools in Farsta to provide equal education in a safe environment. We want our school to be the best and most natural choice for all children and young people living in our local area, and the best school for all students who attend here!

Your role

We are currently seeking a substitute teacher for the Autumn Term 2026 (HT26) as an English teacher for grades 7-9, who wants to help continue building up our school. For us, it is natural that we work together in teams, which is especially important when the operations are being established and developed.

We are therefore looking for you who enjoy being proactive and involved in shaping content, as well as creating routines and structures.

Job Description

• Teaching English in grades 7-9.
• Homeroom teacher duties (mentorskap) are included in the position.
• Conduct teaching and perform usual tasks associated with the role.
• Be proactive, active, and involved in the school's development work.
• Collaborate with other educators in both subject teams and work teams.

Your qualifications and experience

Meritorious

Qualified teacher in English for grades 7-9.

In addition to a valid teaching license, we place great emphasis on competencies that can contribute in various ways to developing the operations within the framework of the school's joint development work.
