As a technical salesperson at Motala Hissar, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from initial customer contact to completed order. The role involves close collaboration with customers, project management, and installation to ensure that every solution meets both customer needs and our high quality standards.

You will:

• Drive and develop customer relationships in both the private and public sectors, in Sweden and with our international customers
• Conduct needs analyses and create technical, customer-adapted solutions
• Prepare quotations and actively follow up on business opportunities
• Conduct site visits and present quotations
• Collaborate internally to ensure accurate documentation and smooth deliveries
• Represent Motala Hissar in a professional and trustworthy manner

The role involves travel and overnight stays, which you need to be comfortable with.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are technically interested, business-driven, and thrive in a role where you combine customer contact with technical understanding.

You have:

• Experience in technical sales or project sales
• Good technical understanding and ability to read drawings
• Very good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of English in both speech and writing is a requirement. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• A structured approach and the ability to drive business from start to finish
• Knowledge of quotation processes

It is an advantage if you have experience from the elevator industry or other related technical fields.
