Logistics Customer Support is a customer organization within the logistics department at ICA Sverige AB. Our customers are primarily ICA stores across the country, but we also collaborate with suppliers and other functions within logistics and ICA Sverige AB. The mission of Logistics Customer Support is to collectively drive and develop the customer perspective and the processes connected to the customer. We achieve this through root cause analysis, proactivity, and clear ownership.
As an employee at Logistikpartner, you will be part of a group of 14 people located throughout the country. You will operate within a specific geographical area, which involves travel for work. A valid driver's license is required.
Responsibilities
As a Logistics Partner, you are the voice of logistics and the store's collaboration partner regarding questions and movements within logistics. You are involved in developing logistics movements that affect the store and your task is to strengthen the relationship between logistics and the store.
You also work on ensuring quality and developing the stores' use of AOB (Automated Order Processing). You focus on logistics' store systems and logistics issues by developing processes, working methods, and store dialogues. You are also involved in the process of developing AOB.
You participate in and conduct training sessions and store meetings.
Together with Business Partners, you analyze and develop the stores' logistics operations and knowledge of AOB.

We also expect you to systematically and structurally prioritize, drive, and motivate in the right direction in a fast-paced environment with a wide range of issues.
