Your role as Service Advisor
As a Service Advisor, you will work within the Operations area, which consists of checkout, warehouse, and support. This is a varied role where you will handle several different tasks, using your skills to make a difference and play a key part in our success. A large part of your day-to-day work will focus on creating the best possible customer experience; you are simply a star at customer care. In addition to being responsible for payments, assisting with service tasks, product logistics, and warranty issues, you will also ensure that it is easy for our customers to shop and that they can take home the right product. By optimizing the shopping experience in the store and ensuring satisfied customers, we can achieve our goals. The ability to solve problems along the way to success is another crucial part of the role. You will gain basic knowledge in all areas of Operations, giving you great flexibility in your daily work.

Employment type: Summer temporary position

Scope: 60%. Working hours include evenings and weekends, during June, July & August.

Start date: By agreement.
