To apply for this position, you must be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is also an advantage if you have previous experience of customer contact, for example within customer service or sales, either over the phone or in a store. If you also have basic knowledge of sales techniques, we see this as a big plus.

As a retail sales assistant, you are at the heart of our operations – in the customer meeting. Opening the doors to the store means stepping right into the pulse. This is where we help our customers get a better subscription, the latest hardware, or fix billing issues. It is simply about removing everyday distractions so that our customers can focus on what is important in life.
