ICA Maxi Gunnesbo is a modern hypermarket in Lund with a clear vision – to become the leading hypermarket in the Öresund region, where quality products and strong departments are a central part of our offering. We are now looking for an engaged Sales Leader for our dairy department who wants to help develop both the assortment and the team.

About the Role

As the Sales Leader for the dairy department, you play a key role in the store. Together with your direct manager, you work towards set goals and key figures, ensuring a department that is sales-driven, well-stocked, and inspiring.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Taking responsibility for the department's daily operations, sales, and product presentation
• Ensuring an attractive, current, and high-quality assortment
• Actively working with campaigns, visibility, and profitability
• Monitoring and analyzing sales and implementing improvement measures
• Training, coaching, and inspiring colleagues in daily work

Previous Experience

We would prefer that you have:

• Experience from working in retail, preferably in dairy or grocery
• Good product knowledge regarding dairy products
• Experience in a sales leadership role is an advantage
