At the Women's Area of Östersund Hospital, we provide round-the-clock services including delivery, maternity care (BB), and gynecology. We also have clinics specializing in high-risk pregnancy care, gynecology, and women's health. The department handles approximately 1,200 deliveries per year and 17,000 clinic visits. Our combined maternity/gynecology ward has 16 beds.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Midwife with rotational duties distributed between the delivery unit and the maternity/gynecology ward, offering great opportunities for variety in tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed midwife with an interest in gynecology, postpartum care, as well as delivery care. We prefer candidates with a few years of experience in midwifery.

It is important that you have good collaboration skills, are detail-oriented, and professional in your practice.

Since the role involves switching tasks between different units, flexibility is crucial.
