We are now looking for a Training Specialist who wants to take a central role in developing and driving our training operations at Hägglunds.

About the Role

As a Training Specialist, you have overall responsibility for developing and further developing Hägglunds Training Academy – our internal training operation. The role involves ensuring that the organization has the right competencies to meet current and future business needs.

You drive the development of training structure, content, and working methods, and are responsible for ensuring that training maintains the right quality and relevance. The role also includes managing and further developing the learning platform, as well as ensuring that the training operation is conducted in accordance with internal guidelines and standards.

You work closely with operations and several functions within the organization to identify and translate competency needs into concrete training initiatives.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and follow up on training programs and training structure within Hägglunds Training Academy
• Identify, train, and support instructors, and ensure a functioning instructor structure
• Responsible for the quality, updating, and further development of existing training, documentation, and learning methods, including e-learning
• Analyze competency levels and training needs, and plan for future needs
• Manage and further develop the learning platform, and contribute to increased efficiency through continuous improvements in the training operation

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university or college degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in planning, conducting, or developing training initiatives
• Experience driving work forward in collaboration with different functions
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Technical understanding
• Experience working with digital tools, such as Microsoft Office and learning platforms

It is an advantage if you have:

• Insight into sales and service operations
• Experience in training methodology, pedagogy, or working with digital training solutions

To succeed in the role, you need to work in a structured manner and be able to drive your work independently. You have good analytical skills and can translate operational needs into concrete training initiatives. The role involves many contact points, requiring you to collaborate and coordinate parallel activities, as well as communicate clearly with different parts of the organization. You also have the ability to structure and convey knowledge in a clear way.

Particular emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities during the hiring process.
