About the job

Position type: Permanent position, 5 hours per week, probationary period applies.

Start date: According to agreement.

Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends occur as a natural part of the work.

You put the finishing touch on the customer experience

You have the chance to leave the final impression on our customers' visits, which is why you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This might mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude. Your goal is to ensure the customer leaves happy – and preferably with an extra item in the basket and a good feeling!

What will you do?

Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks will be:

• Ensuring that customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration).
• Working at the checkout and in the forecourt, including gaming sales and service matters.
• Helping with restocking and creating a pleasant store environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help out where needed!

Who are you?

You are a natural problem solver who likes speed and action. A friendly "hi" and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Have you worked in a store or at a checkout before? Super! If you also know ATG and Svenska Spel – even better!

We believe that you:

• Have a high school education and master Swedish in speech and writing. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it is fantastic if you do too.
• Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaged.
• Enjoy doing things together and contribute energy and joy.
• Are curious, solution-oriented, notice when something needs to be done, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
