Do you want to become part of a dedicated team of care-responsible nurses, where support and experience sharing are always available? Do you want to play a key role in maintaining patient safety at Landskrona Care AB? Then this might be the role for you!

As a registered nurse for the evening shift, you will perform traditional tasks for a nurse within municipal primary care, which includes among other things:

• Assessing, planning, and following up on healthcare interventions
• Supporting and motivating staff, relatives, and other caregivers
• Communicating with colleagues within your own operations as well as with other caregivers, inpatient care, primary care, and ambulances in the region
• Documenting in the journal system and ensuring that all documentation and reporting is done correctly according to laws, guidelines, and patient safety requirements
• Handling medical technology and working with patients who have complex care needs

Within the City of Landskrona, there is an HSL group with extended delegations. The extended delegations and management of the HSL group's nursing assistants are handled via the nurses in home care. We are all co-located in a building at Kungsgatan 15. When different professions working with our patients meet, it not only contributes to new perspectives and good cooperation but also increased quality for patients enrolled in home care, ordinary housing, LSS housing, and care and nursing homes.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

• A district nurse, specialist nurse with a focus on the elderly, or a general nurse.
• In possession of a B-driver's license for manual transmission.

We would appreciate if you have experience with:

• Work within municipal care, palliative care, inpatient care, and primary care.
• Documentation in journal systems.
• Treating people from different cultures and the cultural differences this entails.

Your work is characterized by an ethical approach and is carried out in accordance with current regulations and guidelines. As a person, you are responsible, goal-oriented, and have a professional, warm demeanor that creates security for patients, relatives, and colleagues. You work methodically and with a scientific approach, which ensures high quality in care.
