• Receive incoming customer calls and meet the customer's needs with professionalism and engagement.
• Develop in several different areas and tasks.
• Work with administrative tasks such as email, chat, and case management.

• Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your manager.

• Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Computer literacy.
• Completed upper secondary education.
