About the Swedish Prison and Probation Service
The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is growing – we are building new facilities, renovating, and expanding, and we are now looking for more employees. Job Description

We are looking for a Division Manager IT (DFL-IT) for the area of Secure Digital Communication (SDK). It may also become relevant with other areas later on. As a DFL-IT, you are responsible for and drive an area and ensure that our services deliver based on agreements with our operations. As a DFL-IT, you have both knowledge of and work within the area.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are self-motivated and take great responsibility for your tasks. You drive your tasks and processes forward with good results. Furthermore, you are goal- and result-oriented. You are guided by this in everything from planning, prioritization, and action, and you are also flexible and able to adapt when goals and conditions change. In your work, you are proactive and often come up with new ideas and initiate activities that drive the work forward. Finally, you also have a high degree of cooperation skills. You work well with others and in your communication, and you are both clear and receptive.
We are looking for you who have:
- An academic degree in systems science, civil engineering, or a university degree in data, or alternatively other education combined with experience that the Prison and Probation Service deems relevant
- Experience with agile working methods
- Experience working within a large agency or public sector organization
- Experience within the SDK area
- Experience in the management and operation of self-developed and/or procured systems
- Very good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
- Knowledge of PM3
- Knowledge of service design
The following is also considered meritorious:
- Experience with cross-functional working methods
- Experience working in large public organizations or complex organizations
