You will
- work with error handling within invoicing in our business system (both incoming and outgoing)
- handle payments, reminders, interest invoicing, claims, and collection management
- work with ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and common accounts receivable/payable tasks
- participate in the work with monthly and annual financial statements
- support internal and external parties
- work with continuous improvements.
You must have
- at least three years of current work experience in accounts receivable/payable work, both customer and supplier accounts
- current higher education within the economic field
- experience of tasks within claims or collection management
- computer proficiency and good knowledge of the Office package, specifically Excel
- good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
It is meritorious if you also have
- experience of large economic flows/processes

The employment is permanent with placement in Norrköping. Appointment according to agreement. We normally apply a probationary period.
As an employee, there is an opportunity to work remotely up to three days a week. It is the operational needs and the nature of the tasks that determine if and to what extent this is possible. An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security investigation with register control according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted. For some of our security-classed tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
